This 310,000 sq. ft. high rise condominium has 35 floors including a community room, pool and miscellaneous back-of-house areas. The building is served by a water source heat pump system providing heating and cooling to the condominiums and amenities. The building is also served by a central domestic hot water system allowing for much more hot water capacity on a per unit basis. Utilized vent-less dryers,, toilet exhaust discharge through exterior walls, horizontal heat pumps above the closet ceilings, and a central domestic hot water system eliminated the need for mechanical closets and vertical exhaust risers, maximizing the floor area of the residential units.
