The hotel consists of a 28-story, 1120 guestroom tower and 112,000 SF of meeting, exhibition and convention space. The observation tower is 50-stories and 560 feet tall with a restaurant located at the top of the “ball”. The restaurant provides a revolving 360 degree of the downtown Dallas skyline.
